I also just keep getting the 'An error has occurred while sending your question. Please try again later, etc'. I'm trying to install on Windows 7 64 bit.

It's probably the servers being over subscribed. There's always a lot of traffic when the giveaway first starts.

Mines also Win 7 64 bit. :)
